Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 12 days of your order's arrival*. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

All SALE items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE - except the Welcome Code. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Sample Sale is Final Sale.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchanges that does not comply with the conditions stated.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
